Ingredients:

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • BBQ sauce for serving

Instructions:

  1. Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to create a dry rub.
  2. Rub the dry rub over the racks of pork ribs and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the smoker to 225°F. Smoke the ribs for 3-4 hours, or until they are tender and the internal temperature reaches 190°F.
  4. Serve the smoked ribs with BBQ sauce on the side.
