Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup ground coffee
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried orange peel
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Rub generously over the brisket.
  3. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
